Gene Sullivan President and C.E.O.
Gene oversees the business operations, development and growth, and marketing and education for New Concepts Management. With more than 30+ years in property management, his experience has ranged from management of multi-family housing, homeowner associations, apartment communities, single-family homes, commercial, and hotel management. Prior to purchasing New Concepts in 1997, Gene was Director of Property Management for the Burnet Financial Group, the founder of another property management firm in 1985, and the owner of a Century 21 Franchises in the Twin City area.

Paul Roth Executive Vice President
Paul Roth Executive Vice President
Paul brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Common Interest Community (CIC) management. During his career, Paul has obtained industry credentials including the CCAM designation and a Minnesota real estate license, and has served on the City of Plymouth Environmental Quality Committee. Skilled in the unique nuances and requirements of new development, Paul has assisted numerous developers and builders in the successful setup and turnover of their neighborhoods.

Leonard is a master plumber and president of New Concepts Management’s sister company, Start to Finish Contracting, Inc., which serves commercial, multi-housing and private residential properties throughout the Twin Cities. Start to Finish Contracting, Inc. has successfully completed new construction and remodeling as a general contractor for numerous buildings in the Twin Cities. Leonard also works with private investors to retrofit and update apartment buildings in Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Lynn Hovde Operations Manager
Lynn Hovde Operations Manager
Lynn began her position as Operations Manager with Start To Finish in 2006. Prior to that she spent fifteen years in the hospitality industry and then settled down to raise three children alongside her husband. She enjoys working with clients to resolve their problems from “start to finish”, working with her team and the wonderful staff at New Concepts. She holds a B.S. in Management from Purdue University.

Ashley Twining Director of Rental Services
Ashley Twining Director of Rental Services
Ashley Twining is the Director of Rental Services for the Residential Rental Division at New Concepts Management Group, Inc. She has been with our company since 2013.
She is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations and holds a Real Estate License in the state of Minnesota. Ashley started her property management career in 2005 in Biloxi, Mississippi managing apartment complexes, storage facilities and single-family homes.
Over the years, Ashley has also put together a number of Reserve Studies and FHA Applications for various associations managed by New Concepts.
Ashley enjoys spending her extra time with her dog and escaping Minnesota winters in Florida.
