The Homes

The Gables at Arbor Pointe is a condominium association located in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The community comprises 138 units in 24 buildings, and was built between 2001 and 2004.

The Association

The Gables at Arbor Pointe is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 5 homeowners of the association. The Board is responsible for obtaining services such as landscaping, snow removal, building maintenance, irrigation, and master insurance for the association. Policies for the community are set and enforced by the Board to ensure that the uniformity and appearance is maintained for the benefit of all members.
