Welcome to Arbor Pointe
On behalf of the Arbor Pointe Master Association (APMA) we would like to welcome you to the Arbor Pointe Community. The APMA includes 1075 households located north of Highway 55, east of Highway 52, and south of College Trail. The APMA is governed by a Board of Directors; all directors are residents of the Arbor Pointe Community and were elected by their constituents.

The APMA is a non-profit corporation partly or fully responsible for maintaining various neighborhood monuments, boulevards, medians, and improvements such as the walking trails and the gazebo on Cahill Ave. One of the APMA’s primary goals is to enhance the overall appearance of the Arbor Pointe Community. To achieve this goal the APMA contracts with a local grounds maintenance company to mow, fertilize, water, prune, and maintain the boulevards and medians it is responsible for. In addition, the APMA spends thousands of dollars annually on flowers planted at numerous locations throughout the community.
