Since the founding of our company in 1987, the bread and butter of our business has always been the management of condominiums and town homes (otherwise known as Common Interest Communities or referred to as CIC’s).  Over time, as we have concentrated on our core business, and listened to the needs of our clients, other ancillary companies, divisions, and a network of outstanding service providers have been established to provide a complete list of services to the association and to the individual homeowner.  Here is a list of our ever expanding resources and services:

Construction Contracting/Maintenance and Repair/ Remodeling – Our sister company Start To Finish Contracting, Inc. is available to handle large projects such as deck, siding, window, roof installation, and insurance repair restoration.  Even though they can handle the big jobs, they also have the expertise and ability to handle the smaller headaches an association experiences with what is called the “handyman work” items such as electrical, plumbing, concrete, mailbox repair, etc.  Our project managers and field technicians are available 24/7 to serve both the homeowner association or the individual homeowner.  Start To Finish last year alone completed work for both residential and commercial to hundreds of associations, individual homeowners, insurance companies and many other property management companies!

HomeSavings Store – An innovative idea started by us at New Concepts was to use our clout, buying power, and industry connections to establish the HomeSavings Store.  Over the last few years hundreds of associations and individual homeowners who have been a part of the New Concepts family have used this program to save significant dollars because they have been able to receive special contractor discounts on the purchase of everything from floor and wall coverings, window treatments, to electrical and plumbing fixtures, and appliances through companies such as HomeValu and Sears.  Check out our list of expanding products and services available online and set up a private appointment and showing.
